Massively multiplayer online game and xbox customer service involves the interaction of participants in a virtual discourse through the exchange of messages and actions within a certain model of a situation, where each of the communicants fully associates themselves with some literary or imaginary character and "lives" on his behalf. Being born in human society and observing the social activity of those around him from early childhood, the child discovers the purpose of many objects of the surrounding reality and begins to act with them in a human way, joining the material and spiritual culture, as a result of which objective activity is formed in him. Children begin to perform actions with toys that they observe in adults. The baby puts the doll to bed, feeds it, takes it for a walk, drives the car, stroller, washes it, cleans household items, prepares food, washes, etc.
At this age, object play arises and develops, which becomes the leading type of preschooler's activity. For an adult and capable person, play is a function that he could do without, since play is not dictated by physical necessity or moral obligation, is not a task and takes place in “free time”. It is for the child that play is a kind of "tool" for cognition of the surrounding reality, since the norms of human life are reproduced in play, and the emotional, intellectual and moral formation of the personality takes place. For an adult, the game is selective.
The game is an idealized world with certain rules, more specific for each type, in which a person satisfies the instinct of cognition, trains his ability to predict a particular situation, social or motor skills, and can also be distracted from his everyday problems. Taking different criteria as a basis, various types of games can be distinguished, such as, for example, static and dynamic, finite and endless, individual and group (team), educational and entertainment, etc. However, each of the various types has basic qualities that are inherent in most games:
is a free creative activity;
has an imitative character, that is, it is perceived as "untrue" and outside of everyday life the activity being performed;
characterized by going beyond ordinary life, into the temporary sphere of activity;
it has its own order and tension, leading to certain game rules.
