I Am Testing Out Some Mods To Maybe Add to the mod pack if you can ill give a list to you if they dont crash and they are not super laggy

The IP you are giving out is not an actual IP address, it is an IPV4 address, which is completely local and only people on your network may use it to join. If you had actually port-forwarded the server then you can find the real IP address at an IP display website such as IPChicken.com
