it is stuck on downloading mod pixlemon-3.4.0.zip 0% console says [B#283] Starting download of http://5.9.137.238/mods/Pixelmon/Pixelmon-3.4.0.zip, with 3 tries remaining [B#283] Failed to open http://www.technicpack.net/status/133409. Error message: A device attached to the system is not functioning.

Close technic completely and try again.

still saying 0% and nothing is coming up on the console and i have good inter net right know because no one is on
