How do I get the server running?

Bom eu tento instalar o modpeck mas ele não baixa. O que eu posso fazer?

ele só tá baixando na versão 2.0.3 para baixo mas nenhuma delas abre. translation= he's just dropping in version 2.0.3 down but none of them opens.

Whenever I start the server (with the start.bat) it says "java -XmX3G -Xms2G -XX: MaxPermSize=128m -jar "Blightfall.jar" nogui Java HotSpot Client VM warning: ignoring option MaxPermSize=128m; support was removed in 8.0 Error occured during initialization of VM Could not reserve enough space for 3145728KB object heap pause This means I need to downgrade my Java, if I'm correct?

is there a way to remove lags and freezes cause I can't get over 30 fps even when I only run Technic

Hey everyone, this game is very fun I really enjoy it for most of u who want the server. play by yourself and I know u guys want to play with your friends and all but playing by yourself is really fun and with other people take away the fun cause u get stuff done faster = game well end quickly and for u people who like a little scary u well get one, and yes a server can be fun but they are trying to make it and they can't deal with this complaining yeah it well work but they well be mad and when they are mad they can mess up and I don't think u guys want that so can u pls stop, and I know I have no right saying this stuff but I'm trying to make us all happy and when they are done with this mod its gonna be more epic than it is now. For u staff good luck we dude thank u for this mod.

put optifine at the mod so it will run better plz
